Arena Roca

The Arena Roca program focuses on supporting professionals who come to our community with the dream of practicing.

All of us who have had to “start over”, but in this case with another language, other requirements, and another culture, have experienced the difficulty of the process. This process generally takes us too much time and effort, which is why we want to be a valuable resource to make the path faster and less complex.

We are here to guide you, and if you need the tools, we will help you too. We want our community to benefit from your talents and knowledge, and for you to achieve your goal of improvement.

If you are not yet a professional but want to be one or have a career.

If you are an employer and would like to be part of our list of resources for our participants to contact when they are ready to take the plunge, please call us to get on our list of potential employers.

On the contrary, if you are a sponsor and would like to share valuable information about your company to facilitate the process for our participants interested in the same field, call us and let us know, we will appreciate it.

Victorious Warriors

Our Victorious Warriors program focuses on identifying and helping all those young warriors who have struggled with particular situations such as Down Syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, physical limitations, among others, and have graduated as an example of improvement. We do not want talents to be lost, whether they wish to continue university, a career or enter the world of work, we want to help them in the process and give them the tools to achieve their dreams.

Likewise, the program includes young people who do not have special conditions, but who are distinguished by some talent that they wish to develop. Sometimes as parents we don't know how to help them enhance those skills, so those talents are lost.

Those of us who were not born with Computers

Our mission is to be a resource for everyone who needs to develop a technological skill, or learn about a specific program required by a job, university or school. We don't want them to have to abandon their dreams because they don't have someone to help them in the process.

We also want to be a permanent technological support for participants over 55 years of age, even if they simply want it for entertainment on social media. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for all.

Preparation workshop to enter the world of work

This program is dedicated to young people who graduate from high school or university, and express motivation to improve themselves, but need the tools to enter the world of work. We want to prepare them with the specific requirements necessary for the area they are interested in pursuing, whether office, Realtor, government, among others.

Unfortunately, when some young people enter the world of work, they take the path that they consider easiest, that path that they believe is the only thing they can do, or the path that other people around them have already taken. We are individual beings and perhaps none of those paths is the one that will really make you feel overcome.

Are you willing to employ young high school or college graduates in your company who are eager to start working, but have no experience? Call us and get on our list of potential employers.

Responsibilities for Youth Becoming Adults

This program is a guide for young people who, once they turn 18, want an effective guide to all the steps they must take as adults.

Therefore, this Program seeks to educate them so that they enjoy the process of change responsibly and without fear of making mistakes. Some of the topics that will be addressed in the program will be:

Medical appointments.

Exercise the right to vote.
Importance of the tax declaration
Open bank accounts.
Credit Cards and maintain a good credit score.
Driver's licenses and the responsibilities of driving a vehicle and the
requirements that we must meet for this.
Job search, preparation of a resume
Personal development.
Academic Field
Learning to be independent and make decisions for ourselves is
fundamental part of maturity.
Long term planning.

Workshops and Activities

We want to provide different tools to the people in order to help them achieve their goals. Our workshops and activities would fill the gaps that our programs are leaving out.
